DuoDay 2025: a day of inclusion in the heart of the airport

news 20/11/2025

A unique immersion into airport professions

On November 20th, the airport once again participated in DuoDay, a national initiative that pairs a person with a disability with a professional to discover a job, a work environment, and the daily life of the teams.
This immersion day aims to challenge preconceived notions, broaden perspectives, and create enriching encounters between professionals and participants.

An initiative led and facilitated by Manon

For several years, this initiative has been coordinated by Manon, traffic supervisor and disability liaison.
Her ongoing commitment helps to firmly establish inclusion in our company culture and to raise awareness among all teams about the importance of accessibility and diversity in the workplace.

“DuoDay is a valuable opportunity to open up our professions, create connections and promote inclusion within our teams.” Manon, traffic supervisor and disability liaison.

A day of meetings and sharing

During this event, the duo had the opportunity to discover several facets of airport operations:
– immersion in field operations,
– exchanges with ground staff,
– learning about the coordinated functioning of the airport,
– presentation of security and passenger reception procedures.
This hands-on approach provides a better understanding of the skills used daily and the importance of each link in the operational chain.

Reaffirming a lasting commitment to inclusion

By renewing its participation in DuoDay, the airport confirms its commitment to supporting initiatives that promote professional development, equal opportunities, and disability awareness.
These actions enrich our overall approach to social responsibility, while also celebrating the diversity of backgrounds and talents.
