Request assistance
To receive assistance, indicate your request when booking or at least 48 hours before departure to your airline. This allows them to arrange for you to be accompanied from the terminal to the aircraft, and then upon arrival.
- Inform your airline at the time of booking what type of assistance you need.
- If the request is made less than 48 hours before the flight, we will do our best, but some delays may occur, especially in the case of a connecting flight.
- Airport teams and flight crew are trained to welcome passengers with specific needs.
Practical tip: arrive at least 1 hour 30 minutes before check-in time to allow time to organize your route before boarding.
The day of the trip
Upon arrival at the airport terminal, please proceed to check-in counter your airline's

- Checking in your luggage and mobility equipment,
- The journey to the plane and boarding,
- The onboard installation.
Upon landing, assistance will be provided to disembark the aircraft and collect your luggage and equipment. For organizational reasons, disembarkation may occur after other passengers.

What the assistance does not cover
Assistance services do not include personal and intimate care (feeding, medication, toileting). Please ensure that your personal circumstances allow you to meet the requirements for air travel, depending on its duration.
