Traveling with a disability

Caen-Carpiquet Airport is fully equipped to facilitate the journey for people with reduced mobility (PRM) and passengers with specific needs.

Request assistance

To receive assistance, indicate your request when booking or at least 48 hours before departure to your airline. This allows them to arrange for you to be accompanied from the terminal to the aircraft, and then upon arrival.

Practical tip: arrive at least 1 hour 30 minutes before check-in time to allow time to organize your route before boarding.

Upon landing, assistance will be provided to disembark the aircraft and collect your luggage and equipment. For organizational reasons, disembarkation may occur after other passengers.

Assistance services do not include personal and intimate care (feeding, medication, toileting). Please ensure that your personal circumstances allow you to meet the requirements for air travel, depending on its duration.

Dogs: only guide dogs accompanying a person with a disability are allowed in the terminal and in the cabin.
